With over 14 years of consulting for blue chip organisations under his belt, Mark has worked with some of the big names in business on some of the most challenging IT/Communications projects. In business, he has run his company Hopgood Consulting Ltd since 1994, written software and helped resellers and partners to gain significant projects and build value to their proposition. Conversent in Leadership, team building and corporate communications systems.

Marketing Director, Sharon Cullinane BA(Hons) Business Studies

Sharon has a varied business background, starting out in Industrial Relations for British Coal through to sales and sales management of teams for Rentokil Initial during the ‘90s. Her sales management career progressed into branch management, responsible for the development of business growth and profitability. In 1998 she co-founded, along with Rebecca Jones, Southern Hygiene Services Ltd.  A service business, that grew to employ over 45 people and ran successfully until its buy out in 2006. Sharon is currently Director of Conserve Ltd, along side Rebecca Jones, working in both software sales and business consultancy. An excellent motivator of people with an established sales and management career spanning almost 20 years.

Sales Director, Rebecca Jones

Rebecca was one of the youngest Chief Executive Award winners whilst working for Rentokil Initial plc, during the early ‘90s.
She was a consistently high sales achiever, which progressed to a career in sales management, successfully guiding sales teams towards achieving results. Prior to her Rentokil career, she worked in sales for Rank Xerox. In 1998, she co- founded Southern Hygiene Services Ltd, and was instrumental in achieving a £3million growth of the business from scratch within an 8 year period. The company was bought out by PHS plc in 2006.
Since then she has set up and is Director along with Sharon Cullinane of Conserve Ltd. Conserve is a piece of software developed specifically for service industry type businesses.  It is a complete customer data base system to help with sales administration and service scheduling, through to purchasing and invoicing. Conserve Ltd has a consultancy division that Rebecca developed.  This includes help with business planning and strategy.
